A low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis device that uses a magnetic field instead of fuel oil.
A low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis device is a type of thermal decomposition equipment that uses a magnetic field to improve the efficiency and stability of the decomposition process, achieving lower decomposition temperatures than traditional methods. The China Fireprint device applies a magnetic field to oxygen-enriched or magnetized air, which is then fed into the decomposition chamber to promote the decomposition of organic waste into simpler substances such as ash, gas, and char. The magnetic field is believed to generate heat in the air, resulting in sustained high temperatures, improved air flow, and shorter processing times, while minimizing the emission of hazardous substances such as dust, dioxins, and heavy metals.

Working Principle

Input Material: Organic material such as plastic waste, wood chips, medical waste, or agricultural waste is introduced into the device.

Magnetic Air Supply: A magnetic field is applied to air, typically enriched with oxygen, to produce "magnetic air."

Pyrolysis: Magnetic air is fed into the decomposition chamber, heating the organic material and breaking it down into simpler components through a process known as pyrolysis.

Product Formation: The process produces ash, gasses (such as steam and wood vinegar), and a carbon-based residue (char). Emission Control: This equipment is designed to control emissions and features mechanisms to capture or convert harmful byproducts.
Product Emissions: Decomposed ash is collected and discharged from the bottom of the combustion chamber.
Key Features and Benefits
Low-Temperature Operation: Compared to traditional high-temperature incineration, this equipment operates at a lower temperature, potentially reducing energy consumption.
Magnetic Field Enhancement: The magnetic field helps generate heat, maintains a stable high temperature, and promotes efficient decomposition.
Waste Reduction: Achieves high waste reduction rates, significantly reducing waste volume.
Environmental Protection: Minimizes or eliminates the generation of harmful substances such as dust, dioxins, and heavy metals.
Versatile Material Handling: Processes a wide range of organic and plastic wastes.
Valuable Byproducts: Produces calcified ash (carbon powder) that can be used as a soil additive.
Applications
Waste Management: Efficiently decomposes a wide range of organic and plastic wastes.
Environmental Protection: Provides an environmentally friendly waste treatment method by minimizing emissions and producing valuable byproducts.
