Disadvantages of High-Temperature Small-Scale Waste Incinerators

The problems with high-temperature small-scale waste incinerators include: uncontrollable flue gas treatment, danger to operators due to high temperatures, high fuel costs, and high operating costs.

In China, Fireprint has developed a technology that completely replaces high-temperature incinerators: the low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis furnace. It uses magnetic pyrolysis to slowly and harmlessly process municipal solid waste at low temperatures of 50-380 degrees Celsius.

Its perfect design has won the favor of most customers.

It requires no fuel oil, and the exhaust gas contains very little dioxins, particulate matter, and heavy metals. Exhaust emissions are reduced by 15-20 times.

Solid matter is transformed into 1/200th the amount of forest fertilizer, a powdery negative ion ash.
