The Fireprint Magnetic Fumigation Organic Carbonization Pyrolysis Gasification Power Generation Unit (PRC Fireprint System) is an efficient and eco-friendly equipment for resource utilization of organic waste. It converts various organic materials into usable steam to realize diversified energy output such as power generation, hot water supply and space heating, which is widely applicable to agricultural and forestry sites, industrial parks and township solid waste treatment scenarios.
 
Relying on the synergistic effect of magnetic force and heat in the chamber, the equipment completes the whole process of organic matter decomposition, volume reduction, carbonization and pyrolysis gasification. It requires no fossil fuels such as coal and fuel oil, and can operate stably 24/7 with regular material feeding. Adopting a low-temperature decomposition process of 20-380℃ with minimal temperature fluctuation during operation, it greatly reduces equipment loss and delivers excellent operational stability and long service life. Equipped with an automatic temperature control system and a fully enclosed screw feeding device, the unit ensures fully enclosed operation, prevents exhaust gas leakage, and guarantees standardized and safe operation.
 
After low-temperature pyrolysis and carbonization, the volume of various organic wastes is greatly reduced, and the final product is harmless powdery negative-ion ash, realizing thorough harmless treatment of solid waste. Meanwhile, the low-temperature cracking technology inhibits dioxin generation from the source and effectively reduces carbon dioxide emissions, fully complying with global environmental protection emission standards and green production requirements.
 
The device supports a wide range of applicable materials, including commercial organic wastes such as cardboard, paper, dried livestock manure, dried food waste and construction organic waste; forestry residues such as thinned wood, disaster-damaged wood, pruned dead wood and sawdust; agricultural wastes including rice husks, crop straws and agricultural polyethylene; as well as daily and chemical organic wastes like PET bottles, plastics, artificial fibers and disposable diapers. Materials with a moisture content exceeding 60% need to be pre-dried or mixed with dry materials. High-carbon materials such as rice husks and wood achieve outstanding pyrolysis and gasification performance with higher energy conversion efficiency.
