How is waste converted into energy?
Small-scale waste magnetic gas pyrolysis power plant
Key aspects of the sub-technology:
Magnetic low-temperature organic matter pyrolysis technology,
By heating in a low-oxygen or oxygen-free environment,
Waste is converted into gaseous fuel (synthesis gas).
The syngas can then be used to generate electricity or heat.
Anaerobic digestion:
Our generators can also generate electricity from straw and landfill biogas.
Organic waste is decomposed under anaerobic conditions,
Biogas is pressurized and oxygenated in the generator furnace,
Forming combustible gas,
After ignition, a 500-900℃ flame is formed,
Driving the medium generator to operate,
Producing electricity.
The heat energy escaping from the exhaust port can be used for water heating.
