Magnetic Air Flow Waste Treatment: Magnetothermal Decomposition Unit

Developed by PRC Fireprint, the magnetothermal decomposition unit is a specialized incinerator that utilizes magnetic fields and low-temperature thermal decomposition technology to treat waste (primarily organic matter).

The unit typically operates at temperatures between 40 and 380°C and is designed to convert waste into valuable byproducts, such as negatively charged ash, while reducing landfill volume.

The process involves low-temperature thermal decomposition through evaporation, gasification, and carbonization. Magnetic fields can accelerate the decomposition process and influence the composition of the final ash.

The output of this process can significantly reduce waste volume and produce ash that can be used as fertilizer, while the inorganic materials are typically output in their original form for recycling.
