I. Technical Overview
PRC magnetic oxygen-enriched patented technology is applied to organic magnetic heat decomposition treatment device, which is a super energy-saving garbage reduction device. Its core is to use magnetic air to perform low-temperature pyrolysis of waste, treat garbage through thermal carbonization device, and adjust the exhaust steam to control the temperature. It is easy to operate and can be started by inserting the material to be processed. Except for the first ignition, 20 kg of charcoal is required. No additional fuel is required, and the reduction is achieved by relying on the heat energy cycle of the garbage itself.
II. Device Principle (Fireprint)
Air convection and oxygen enrichment formation: The heat of the furnace promotes air convection, and a small amount of air is continuously sucked into the processor. The magnet at the air inlet plays a key role, isolating the nitrogen in the air and adsorbing oxygen molecules to form magnetic oxygen-enriched air.
Garbage treatment reaction: The heat of the carbon material in the furnace accelerates the drying and carbonization reaction of the garbage. When the device creates the core treatment state, it only needs to adjust the air supply and add the material to be treated, and the treatment process can continue, and no additional fuel is required for the whole process.
3. Processing time
Processing time is generally 8 - 24 hours, but it will vary depending on the type and moisture content of the input material. Materials with high moisture content and more difficult to process may take longer, while dry and easy-to-process materials require relatively less time.
