Used PCB Precious Metal Extraction and Incineration Furnace

PCBs are made of a combination of fiberglass and epoxy resin.

High-temperature combustion with flames can easily produce highly toxic reactions, releasing large amounts of harmful substances. Precious metals are oxidized and cannot be recovered, and the cost of fuel and gas treatment units is extremely high.

Low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis technology mimics the natural environment to carbonize PCBs into harmless substances. The metals are preserved at low temperatures, resulting in minimal oxidation because the furnace temperature ranges from 50-380 degrees Celsius, and 80% of the furnace is in an oxygen-free or oxygen-deficient environment.

It requires no external interference (blowers and fuel oil), reducing gas emissions by 20-100 times. At low temperatures, it produces very little dioxins, no heavy metals, and no fly ash.
