The garbage undergoes chemical reactions under the action of the temperature and water vapor in the furnace,
the garbage is fully carbonized,
and finally generates carbon monoxide CO combustible gas;
The entire reaction process is completed under anaerobic conditions,
effectively avoiding the conditions and environment for the generation of heavy metals and dioxins,
and all emission indicators meet relevant standards such as GB18485 and EU2000/76/EC.
The combustible gas can be directly used to replace natural gas after being cooled,
deacidified, and
dusted by purification equipment such as flat-bottomed double vertical pipes,
washing towers, etc.
The processing capacity of a single unit:
50-200 tons/day (multiple units in parallel can achieve increased processing capacity),
suitable for small and medium-sized urban domestic waste treatment.
