What is the Organic Magnetic Pyrolysis Energy Conversion System?
The Organic Magnetic Pyrolysis Energy Conversion System is a waste treatment and energy recovery technology that uses magnetism and heat to decompose organic matter without combustion, producing combustible gas for power generation and reducing waste. China Fireprin's designed charcoal pyrolysis process produces combustible gas, which is then used to heat water and generate electricity. This system provides a sustainable alternative to incineration by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing the production of harmful byproducts such as dioxins, and converting organic waste into dust-free ash or magnetic dust.
How it works:
1. Input:
Organic material (such as agricultural waste, wood, or even certain plastics) is fed into the system.
2. Heat Generation:
The system generates heat through a process called magnetic pyrolysis, which combines magnetism with the organic material itself as a fuel source.
3. Plasma and Free Radical Formation:
In a key step, the incoming air is ionized, forming plasma, which then generates negative ions.
4. Thermal Decomposition:
These negative ions react with the organic matter, enabling thermal decomposition without the need for fuel. This process separates organic matter at the atomic level.
5. Combustible Gas Generation:
Charcoal decomposition produces combustible gas.
6. Energy Conversion:
The stack combustible gas is then used for electricity, hot water, or heating.
7. Ash Reduction:
The remaining organic matter is reduced to harmless ash (sometimes called FP powder) for efficient utilization.
Key Features and Benefits:
Environmental Protection: This system meets environmental standards by reducing emissions of carbon dioxide and other pollutants, such as dioxins.
Resource Recovery: This system effectively recovers organic resources, converting waste into valuable energy and materials.
Low-Temperature Decomposition: Compared to incineration, decomposition occurs at lower temperatures, resulting in superior system durability.
Continuous Operation: This system is designed to operate 24/7 with regular material input.
Waste Reduction: This system significantly reduces the amount of organic waste.
