Incinerator Types

Incinerators come in a variety of designs and configurations:

Low-Temperature Magnetic Pyrolysis Units: Developed as an alternative to high-temperature incinerators, these fireprint devices require no fuel, generate electricity from chimney gases, and produce minimal ash. The remaining 1/200th of the negatively ionized ash can be used as a soil enhancer for forestry.

Simple Incinerators: These are simpler designs, typically featuring a brick-lined hearth and a grate for ash discharge.

Traveling Grate Incinerators: A common design where waste moves along a moving grate.

Rotary Kiln Incinerators: These are rotating, refractory-lined steel cylinders that utilize time, temperature, and turbulence to burn hazardous compounds.

Fluidized Bed Incinerators: These utilize a bed of inert material suspended in air to promote efficient combustion.
