Fireprint has independently developed an integrated waste-to-energy and seawater desalination system for islands, integrating three core technologies: low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis, Stirling power generation, and ionized seawater desalination. This unique system provides complete life support for islands, perfectly solving the three major survival challenges of remote islands: waste accumulation, power shortages, and freshwater scarcity.
 
The equipment utilizes low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis technology to locally decompose island waste, requiring no fuel oil throughout the process. The low-temperature, closed environment eliminates dioxin, heavy metal, and fly ash pollution at the source. The clean, combustible gas produced from waste decomposition drives the Stirling generator set for self-sufficiency in power, which simultaneously supplies the ionized seawater desalination unit, continuously producing compliant freshwater.
 
The powdered negative-ion ash generated after waste treatment can be used as organic fertilizer for forest land. The modular equipment is compact, easy to install, and eliminates the need for long-distance transportation of waste and materials, achieving a closed-loop cycle of waste treatment, energy self-sufficiency, and freshwater supply. This provides a long-term, stable, and self-sufficient ecological solution for isolated islands and remote offshore sites.
