5-30TPH Garbage Shredding and Sorting Line | All-in-One Solid Waste Recycling Solution

Low efficiency, poor sorting purity, severe material mixing and low resource utilization are common pain points in solid waste disposal. The 5-30TPH garbage shredding and sorting line is professionally designed for domestic waste, mixed solid waste and construction waste treatment scenarios. Adopting a full-process automatic sorting system, it realizes closed-loop operations from material storage, conveying, bag breaking, iron removal, shredding, screening to air separation. With a flexible hourly processing capacity of 5 to 30 tons, it meets the refined treatment needs of small stations and the large-scale operation requirements of medium-sized projects, serving as the core complete equipment for solid waste reduction, harmless treatment and resource recycling. The entire production line adopts a standardized 10-stage linked equipment configuration with smooth process connection, low failure rate and high automation, greatly reducing labor and operating costs. Firstly, mixed garbage is stored in the storage hopper for material caching and uniform feeding, avoiding material accumulation and blockage, and ensuring continuous and stable operation of subsequent processes. Then, the materials are evenly conveyed by the conveyor belt to the bag breaking machine, which completely breaks bagged garbage and disperses agglomerated materials, eliminating the barrier of sorting bagged waste and laying a foundation for fine subsequent treatment. The loose materials after bag breaking are transported to the magnetic separator via the conveyor belt. The equipment strongly adsorbs iron impurities such as iron wires, nails and iron sheets in the materials, accurately removes metal sundries, protects the cutters and screens of subsequent shredding and screening equipment from hard object damage, extends the service life of the whole machine, and realizes the recycling of ferrous metals. The iron-free materials are then transported to the core shredder for homogenization shredding. The chaotic and irregular solid waste materials are shredded into uniform particle sizes, completely breaking the material adhesion state and significantly improving the sorting accuracy of subsequent screening and air separation processes.

The homogenized shredded materials are sent to the drum screen through the conveyor belt for primary classification via precise aperture screening to remove impurities and standardize material particle sizes. After classification, the materials enter the air separator. Based on aerodynamic principles, the equipment accurately separates light and heavy materials to realize efficient classification and diversion of solid waste. The whole process finally completes precise separation of two types of materials: heavy materials including stones, glass, ceramics and other hard inert substances, which are stacked on the ground and can be sent to landfills for compliant disposal or further recycled and reused to realize waste reduction; light materials dominated by light combustibles, which are collected centrally and sent to magnetic gas thermal decomposition furnaces for harmless and energy-saving treatment, truly turning waste into treasure.
