Product Overview
The FP 5T Intelligent Food Waste Processor is a special environmental protection device realizing three phase separation of oil, water and residue and on site reduction for food waste. It is equipped with a 120 liter elevator, shredding function, feeding in spray unit, automatic oil water separation, automatic oil collection, automatic water filling, automatic water drainage and automatic residue discharge, together with intelligent heating and full oil alarm reminder.
Scope of Application
This model is mainly used for food waste treatment in canteens, small and medium size catering establishments, factories, companies, schools, public institutions and other sites.

Operating Precautions
1 The equipment adopts three‑phase five‑wire power supply of 380VAC, 32A. Correct earthing connection is required.
2 Do not touch transmission components and shredding cutter heads when the equipment is in operation.
3 Connect to a matched 4‑point water supply tap.
4 Ensure the outlet of sewage discharge pipeline is lower than the sludge drain valve to guarantee smooth drainage.
5 Turn on the power supply in advance to preheat grease inside the equipment before use; during operation.
6 Press the start switch, and the equipment will perform automatic residue removal and automatic water replenishment.
7 Two oil‑discharge modes are optional: automatic oil discharge and manual oil discharge. For automatic mode, oil discharge will stop automatically when the oil drum is full, oil level is low or preset oil‑discharge cycles are completed. For manual mode, click the oil‑discharge button to open the oil‑discharge valve automatically. Oil‑discharge process finishes until the alarm sound disappears.
8 Form a good habit of cleaning the machine after each use to avoid bacterial growth. Cut off the power switch before cleaning to prevent personal injury.
9 The equipment is equipped with a built‑in self‑cleaning system. Manual cleaning for oil‑separation tank, oil‑water sensor and water‑level sensor shall be conducted every month.
